All our products are handmade, so delivery time may vary. We do our best to ensure that you receive your products at home as quickly as possible. It takes on average 7 and 15 days for delivery, and shipping in 3/4 days on average.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days provided the product is in new and unused condition. Please contact us for more details on the return procedure. For obvious hygiene reasons, some products are non-refundable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.

• Personalized products (custom baskets) cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect. Once production of your basket has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order or obtain a refund.
